Solution

- Based on PMR-T1A belt conveyor rail inspection robot, image recognition, infrared defect recognition, equipment status monitoring, equipment alarm and DCS system linkage are realized.

- The robot realizes unmanned automatic inspection of the belt conveyers in the coal conveying trestle and find faults of belt conveyers in time through equipment alarm, so as to realize the effective operation and maintenance of the belt conveyers and related equipment.
